Really enjoyed this! The point about strategy needing to move from something we say to something that actually shapes decisions day to day really rings true. I’m curious though, what do you think is the first practical step for a team that realises their decision-making is mostly tacit? Is this a documentation problem, a leadership problem, or more of a culture shift? Feels like a lot of orgs will recognise themselves in this but won’t know where to start.
