The Jidoka tiering(cadence vs severity) is particuarly clever because most teams I've worked with either treat every eval like a hard blocker or end up ignoring them completely. The idea of running fast checks at PR level while saving comprehensive suites for nightly makes so much practical sense from a velocity standpoint.
